Our registration forms require customer to provide contact information (such as name, company, title, e-mail address, mailing address and phone number, such contact information being hereinafter referred to as "customer Information"). We may process customer Information or disclose such information (excluding your primary e-mail address) in our customer Directory without your prior permission. We may process and publish your contact information (excluding your primary e-mail address) in our Industry Directory if you so opt in, provided that we may include such information, if obtained from third party sources, without your prior permission. We also use Member Information to inform users about the Web site.

Security:

TCC247 takes commercially reasonable precautions to protect its Members information. These efforts include firewalls, authentication protection, 128 bit SSL encryption, etc. Cookies and IP Address: TCC247 uses "cookies" on the Web site as an integral part of our software functionality. A cookie is an element of data that is sent to your browser and stored on your hard drive. You will not be able to use all of the functions of the Web site if you set your browser to decline cookies. In addition, your Internet Protocol address is transmitted with each message sent from your e-mail account.

Amendments:

This Privacy Policy may be amended at any time, but Members will be notified of any material amendments by email. The amended terms shall become effective thirty (30) days after they are posted on the Web site and delivered to you by e-mail. Your use of the Web site more than thirty (30) days following any posted change shall be deemed an acceptance of such change. We will use information in accordance with the privacy policy under which the information was collected.

Public Forums:

The Web site may make electronic chat rooms, forums, message boards and news groups available to Members. Members should expect that any information disclosed in these areas of the Web site is public information and may be disclosed to and used by third parties.

Third Party Disclosure:

We may disclose information as described in Sections 2, 3 and 4 without your permission if we reasonably believe that such action is necessary to: (1) conform to legal requirements or comply with legal process; (2) protect and defend the legal rights or property of TCC247 or its Members; or (3) protect the health and safety of our customers or the general public. We further reserve the right to release any information concerning any Member who is reasonably believed to be participating in illegal activity in connection with the Web site. We may also provide aggregate transaction volumes to third parties, including our advertisers, for marketing purposes. Such aggregate information will not specifically identify any individual Member or such Member's transactional or other information. In addition, it is our policy not to disclose aggregate information in circumstances where such disclosure would enable experienced members of the industry to identify the buyer(s) and/or seller(s) or to otherwise make reasonably accurate estimates of Transaction-Specific Information. For publicity purposes, we may disclose a Member's identity, without specific contact or transaction information, to third parties.
